PROVISIONAL BOXING PROGRAM
Participants will be matched with an opponent of similar ability, weight and fitness level to ensure a fair contest. Two fighters will face each other in bouts of 3 rounds of 2 minutes with at least a 1-minute break between each round.
Age groups are Youth (17-18 years), Elite (19-40) and Masters (41 and above). For Masters, maximum age difference is 10 years and can compete against Elite subject to that same age difference.

Experience - Novice (0-5 previous bouts), Intermediate (6-15 previous bouts)

Experienced (16 or more bouts).
We envisage offering the following weight divisions:

Female: 45-48, 51-54, 57-60, 64-69, 75-80, and 81+ kg.

Male: 46-49, 52-56, 60-64, 69-75, 81-91, and 91+ kg

All Genders: 45-48, 51-54, 57-60, 64-69, 75-80, 81-90 & 91+ kg.
Sparring Development Sessions
An option for people not currently registered as a boxer to participate in a non-combative and non-competitive light sparring display, there will be one or more Sparring Development sessions.
